BusBiker Europe develops and distributes high-quality, chassis-mounted bike carriers specially designed for camper vans such as the Fiat Ducato, Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit. With a deep passion for camper life and extensive hands-on experience, we build bike carriers that are thoughtfully engineered, reliable and exceptionally easy to use.
More and more camper owners take their electric bikes on their travels. Traditional door-mounted carriers often aren’t up to the job, so we developed the BusBiker: a bike carrier mounted directly on the chassis. It lets you transport your bikes and e-bikes safely and securely while keeping the rear doors easy to access. With the BusBiker, we promise a carefree cycling vacation with your camper van.
BusBiker was founded in 2019 by business partners Koos Scholtens and Theo Kroes. With over 40 years of experience in the camping industry, they saw how the available products fell short of modern camper owners’ needs. At the time, bike carriers simply weren’t suited to camper vans. They were awkward to use and not stable enough, or even damaged the vehicle’s rear doors. That experience led to the very first BusBiker: a reliable bike carrier that makes every camper owner’s journey more comfortable.
